We care about you, your health, and what’s best for your family. As a Medicare-certified agency, all of of our healthcare services are covered by most health insurance plans. In addition to Medicare, we provide services for CareSource, Buckeye, United Health, Passport, Waiver/Medicaid, Developmental Disabilities, Veterans Administration (VA), McGregor Pace, Workers Comp, and many others.

EASY STEPS TO EMPLOYMENT WITH HORIZON:
1. Have successfully completed our FREE home health care training class. This class can be taught in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
2. Have successfully completed our FREE CPR/First Aid training class. This class can be taught in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
3. Be previously certified as an STNA, CNA, LPN, RN or HHA.
4. Agree to be fingerprinted and undergo a satisfactory background check.
5. Complete an application and provide copies of your identification, certificates, physical exams, etc. when you come into the office.
IF YOU HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND, WE MUST EXAMINE IT BEFORE EMPLOYMENT. According to State and Federal guidelines, a minor conviction will not necessarily bar employment.
